Visual Metaphor at the Brush Strokes Gallery in Carleton Place,
129 Bridge Street. This is the 'main street" of Carleton Place. On display until June 6, 2014 Vernissage - Friday May 9, 2014 from 7 until 9pm. There will be live music, wine and bites to eat. If you happen to be in Carleton Place please come by. It would be really nice to see you! "The works, many of them large, are an exploration of some new materials, techniques and ideas. I have been working in plaster, acrylic mediums and various water-based paints. Some of the works are quiet, some are very vibrant. I trust my intuition and allow "things to happen" and I am often surprised (and happy) with the results." |
